Deck: Yes, if approved. New materials only. Deck approval may be limited due to size of some lots but most lots will easily accommodate a deck. Note, our residents must be in good standing, no violations, for add-ons to be reviewed and approved.

Shed: Yes, if approved. One requirement is the use new materials only for any add-ons and sheds must be new. Some lots may not allow for a shed due to lot size but most lots will easily accommodate a shed. Shed size is limited and subject to approval.
